Customer Care Team Member
We are looking to hire a new Customer Care team member to our Customer Experience team! This part-time position requires 20 hours per week for the entirety of the following shift —
Monday through Friday: 1PM MST to 5PM MST
The hired applicant must be able to fulfill the entirety of the shift above, as well as be available for occasional weekend and holiday coverage during our subscription sales and giveaways.

Customer Care Team Member
Job Description:
As a Customer Care team member you would hold a dynamic position that requires flexibility and the ability to communicate clearly using specific email tools to problem solve and support the customer experience of our email subscription service. Customer Care is the front line of support for our subscribers, and as a team we ensure that subscribers are satisfied with our services and features, while also creating meaningful, human connections throughout our interactions.
